Hi all,

How easy is it to fit these? The ones i'm looking at are leather heated but my car currently doesn't have heated seats..

I'm concerned about the wiring. I.e. The airbags i font want them to fire when i fit them..

    i have them in my titanium.ive wired them up so they are heated as well .very nice.

    i just added wires from passenger side to the seats and found there wasn't a live feed from fuse box to the seats,so added a live feed from fuse box.i had to have them as i had a st previously and didnt like the cloth seats.if i can help just shout.they are a piece of cake to fit.just disconect the battery for 10 minutes

    Excellent mate. I'm sure Lenny (me too) would love to see some pictures and/or a wiring diagram if you wouldn't mind starting a "how to" thread?

    It'll help a lot of people on here thinking on doing the same thing.

    i had half leather seats fitted to my car and for the airbags not going off we removed the battery cables and left it for 30 mins before doing anything so that there was no current for anything to go off.

    Pretty sure I have those connectors you speak of as I remember see something behind there other than my window switches connectors. It'd be great if you could get pics for us. Thank in advance.

    what mk you got ? mines a mk2.5 .

    Just watch your trim with the sharp edges on the runners I'd put some padding around them especially the drivers seat can be a bit tricky to get out without hitting the trim don't ask how I know lol wiring is straight forward just make sure ignition can't be switched on during installation .
