Hi all,

Been looking around and it seems this is possible but would really like a guide and list of part numbers if possible my focus is a 59 plate (mk2 facelift)

Any help appreciated.

    Theres quite a lot if im honest, ive just finished gathering all the parts, just wating for a clear weekend to do it now!

    So you will need

    Calipers, these are the same on all mk2 focus rear discs, I got mine from an estate

    Carriers, (they come in 2 sizes, 15 and 16, the 15 is for 265MM discs, the 16 is for 280MM discs if you have 278s on the front then you will need the 15, if you have the 300 on the front then its the 16 (I have a spare set of 16s! and I suspect you have 300mm front discs)

    Guide pins, same on all of them, if possible you can get a complete caliper with the guide pins and carriers, might need some work fixing them up, I stripped mine down then changed the piston seals, bleed nipples an caps and dust boots to be safe

    Handbrake cable different to the drum version so is a must

    1382642 these are the little buggers ford use to hold the heat shield up

    need some brake fluid and copper grease and if your stripping them down and painting them patience, degreaser, paint, new nipples, and a set of new seals
