Focus Mkii Bluetooth Off

Featured Replies

I just bought a MkII Focus Sport 2010 with bluetooth and voice control. I'm not sure on the console type but I think k it's Blaupunkt, it definitely isn't Sony. Anyway, I've had the car a few weeks and the car's bluetooth has only worked once or twice. When I started the car those times the bluetooth was on and I synced and used my phone no problems. Most times I start the car though the bluetooth is off and when I go to the phone menu and onto BT settings the check box by 'bluetooth' is unchecked and I can't activate it, pushing the select button does nothing. I've got 6 months warranty but I would like to know what I'm dealing with before they try and fob me off. Is this to do with the battery? Does the car inhibit the bluetooth if the battery is low?

Thanks.
