Fitted New Alarm... Wont Open/close Doors

hello! I bought a Focus mk1 last december. I noticed the alarm that was fitted was put out of use, so I bought a new one and installed it. Been looking over all the details, fuses etc, cant find any problems. All the wires were allready installed so I just had to connect it and voila... I thought it was that Easy, but no. Finally installed, bought wire diagram and downloaded.... No... Still not anything that helps, i habe tried plugged and unplugged.

I need help.. Please tell me what is the matter with my Focus, its having a flu?

    Yes! It flash the turning signals, but wont lock/open doors, nor will the siren go off...

    It works with the key manually..

    All the doors are triggered, opened and closed by turning the key, on both the driver and passenger doors.

    I dont want to mess up and cut any wires im not suppossed to.

    No fuse is busted, everything is set from the factory.... Just wont work.... Is there any wiring ive done wrong? Is there anyone that have fitted in from scratch and can tell how he/she did it?
