hi all, the one on the car i tried to pull in and it broke, yet the replacement one i bought is folded in the box. when fitted to car will it actully fold back or not. thought i ask this daft question. incase it just opens up and locks into place. any infor appricated

    Sometimes they are stiff but will go.

    Maybe your old mirror was repaired at some time and lost the ability to fold it?
