The damaged turbo itself will be the least of your problems. The reason for the turbo failure will be the biggest problem. The 1.6 TDCI has a very small oil sump which causes the engine oil to contaminate very fast. This contamination cloggs the strainer in the oil line to the turbo which causes turbo failure. If this happens the sleeve bearings of the turbine break down and the turbine blades hit the turbine housing which causes them to bend or brake. This is a known problem of the Focus MK2/MK2.5 1.6 TDCI.

To avoid the a turbo from breaking down again you should flush the engine, clean the sump and replace (or remove) the strainer in the oil line to the turbo. Next you have to measure the amount of oil going to the turbo. If this is within specifications you should be fine. If not the engine has internal damage and you have a bigger problem. If this is the case an engine rebuild or installing a new (or rebuilded) engine will be necessary.

Arrrrrrrt I feel you're pain its one of the reasons I will never buy a diesel again as above oil starvation to this engine is a known issue investigating why the turbo went is essential or you'll end up needing another turbo

I'm hoping it was the back pressure from the dpf as I knew it was coming to the end of its life ( always regenerating ) but just never had the penny's at the time to get it done , there's a lot of oil in an around the turbo
