    It's the isle of Lewis I'm from but Inverness was the closest I could find he just pulled me to ask why I was out at 2 in the morning :/

    When the cops see a car thats in good condition and passes all their checks they usually give it a tug at that time of a morning for a couple of reasons,,, to see if your ok and ask where your going and what your doing,,, and also to smell for alcohol. :)

    You should be pleased that they are pulling over cars at that time in the morning. Gives you extra hope that if your car was stolen it might be recovered.
