Really Obvious Stupid Question

But how do I set my auto wipers to come on when it rains? Or is it already set and I'm just being impatient?

I've got:

on intermittent

On

On fast

I've set my auto lights, and love my auto adjusting rear mirror, I just want to complete the set. I'm sure my car has the feature as its a titanium x

Mine operate when either intermittently on or on just on ( you may need to adjust the intermittent speed )

I know our cars are different but the principle should be the same throughout the Ford range.

Sometimes very light drizzle isn't immediately sensed I've noticed

I have found that auto wipers only works when on intermittent, you adjust the sensitivity the same as the normal intermittent adjustment. When on intermittent, I have noticed that the wipers adjust the wipe speed automatically as required - auto wipers. Other than that I have not noticed any difference between normal wipers & auto wipers.

The wiper speed should be relative to the amount of rain sensed.
