    Depends on what is an isn't needed...

    For instance, if you don't like comfort or passengers then you can remove all seats and interior trim... Spare wheel.

    Won't shave off much, but it's relatively easy to do...

    Back on topic. I'd advise against removing the spare wheel.incase you get caught short with a puncher. Alternatively you could carry a kit.

    As Ian already mentioned. Remove the rear bench if never used. Parcel shelf etc. Small things will soon add up.

    The 1.4 is awful in the focus if you're trying to reduce weight for better pick up then to be blunt you'll have to remove pretty much everything even then it wont make much difference sorry if its not what you want to hear
