Incontro
How would I know if my engine is VVT on a 2008 zetec focus 1.6? Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC VVT? I assume you mean Ti-VCT which produces 115ps rather than the ordinary 100ps 1.6 unit. You can check by entering your details on Ford Etis: https://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do

JW1982
I do not know the UK but in the Netherlands the MK2.5 was only sold with the 1.6 Duratec 100 HP and not with the 1.6 Duratec TI-VCT 115 HP. The 1.6 Duratec TI-VCT was only available in the Focus MK2 (115 HP) and later in the early Focus MK3 (105 and 125 HP).
Incontro
@JW1982: Actually I think that might also apply to the UK. As far as I am aware, the only Mk2.5 Focus that came with the Ti-VCT was the Zetec S. God knows why Ford removed the Ti-VCT from the Mk2.5, when the Mk2 came with it. Backwards step in my opinion.
