Ford Focus Ghia 2005 Aux Slot

Hi there,

My mum owns a Ford Focus Ghia 2005, and Her and I are keen to find the aux slot. In the user manual guide, it states there being an AUX IN slot in the glove box. Ive taken a picture to show you guys our glove box.I tried plugging in a 3.5mm aux cable into the circle with a hole at the back of the glove box, but nothing happens. I press the aux button a swell but nothing happens. someone help!

    ...so as you can see, your mom's Focus doesn't have one installed. There still could be wiring prepared for it behind the golve box, taped to other wires, you can unmount the glovebox and take a look and if it's there, you can mount it to the glove box (though you would have to drill a hole for it).

    If that's not something you're up to, or don't want to do it, there are also other options, like swiping the stereo completely for a different one with AUX and/or USB port available on some more reachable place :)
