Hello people what do I need to fit a sub in my focus iv got the standard head unit.. Can it be done or do I need to replace it with a after market one?

hard wire it from either front or rear speaker cables, unless the ffhu has rca connectors?

buy an rca converter from Halfords and use the speaker wires for the converter. I used the rear speaker wires from my head unit. plug in rca leads into the other side and jobs a good un!

As above use the signal from the speaker leads via high level rca converter. plug the rca's into the amp, a power cable & fuse from the battery and an earth and bobs yer uncle.

Oh sorry forgot the remote cable to switch the amp on and off with the head unit.
