Focus Aerial

Featured Replies

Hi

Just a quick question I'm trying to replace my Sony head unit in my 2014 focus, I see 2 aerial like connections into the default Sony head unit , a black and white one - does anyone know which one of these I should be using for my new unit?

Thanks

Marc

the black (round one) is for your normal fm/am radio and the white (squarish one) is for DAB radio.

If your new stereo has DAB then go for that and if it doesnt then go for the black one. before completing the fitting, try them out so know that its working for you.

Thank you ! All installed now and was working fine...

Till this morning I've gone to start it and the whole dash is completely dead, no speedo/ fuel gauge/ Radio/ Displays or Fans..

Indicators work but without the clicking noise, lights seem to work too.

I hope I've not screwed it up.. although I've obviously done something wrong, although its strange how it was working fine last night. Hoping its some kind of fuse.. anyone any ideas?
