How To Replace Side Mirror?

Featured Replies

Some !Removed! hit my car in them middle of the night a few days and smashed my mirror. I have bought a new one. I have a facelift mk2 focus. Does anyone have pictures/video or instructions on how to remove and fit?

Cheers

Figured it out. Remove the sound speaker part and then undo clips and then remove the bolt and nut holding the mirror in slot new mirror in and retighten and apply surround back.

It is very straightforward, as long as the nut goes on OK.

Did one on my old Mk1 Focus and dropped the bolt into the door cavity DOH! (very easily done).

Learned my lesson on that one, so when I had to do the other side a few months later I put a length of string around the bolt just in case.
