Hi, I've got a 2014/15 Ford Focus Titanium. I brought it new in January. Since I've had it the built in sat nav hasn't worked. It won't let me put in the end of post codes or find anything anywhere other than our local airport.

Ford have told me it's a software issue and needs an update but they can't tell me when.

It's very annoying as I have to take another sat nav out with me which seems to be a bit daft.

Has anyone else got this problem?

    I would take it back to dealer and not take no for an answer. I would push for a new unit if yours is broken.

    It's going back on Monday to have the airbag light which is on permanently, fixed. There is a fault in the wiring.
