mf299
Keen to upgrade the ARB to the Eibach kit on my Ecoboost which also adds a roll bar to the rear. Has anyone here had any experience in replacing the front roll bar? From what I can tell it runs above the front axle, does this mean the subframe has to be dropped? More effort than it's worth? Also, can you just add the rear ARB from an ST or would you need custom mount points to fit it to?

mf299
Is that as tricky as it sounds?
MattDRX
I'd just get a Brace for the front and say whiteline ARB's for the rear, Rears are easy to fit in most cases, they generally rest under the spring or mount inbetween the Shocks and the hole they bolt into. Bare hassle fitting at the front and not worth it unless you're actually racing, even track days aren't worth it as not chasing lap times. mf299
I've added braces to far more flexible cars than the Fiesta and not noticed the difference so that won't give me the flatter cornering I'm after. If I add a rear ARB without stiffening the front I risk increasing understeer which is the opposite of what I want. Are there any guides on how to drop the subframe enough to change the ARB?
