Hi all

Im getting quite frustrated with the lack go info from Ford regarding Ford Sync.

I took the car in today for something looking at and asked them if there was a sync update, I have U_03.00.09 on collecting they have done nothing with it

Has anyone else a different (Higher) version or had luck in getting updated ?

    When my car was serviced last November I asked the same question. When my car was collected I signed a piece of paper agreeing to the service and checking for a possible SYNC update. The car was returned with with no mention of the sync update and even the service book hadn't been stamped, it was left on the passenger seat. I emailed the service manager with my concerns, his reply was a complete waste of time so I can understand your frustrations with Ford service.

    there seems to be a major lack of knowledge where the Technology is concerned, Its ok a company adding all these extra bits but if they can't support it whats the point !!
