Id want to know your opinion about swapping a 1.3 60hp fiesta engine with a 1.6 110hp cvh. Ive been offered the engine for 214£ and for 35 more the gearbox. How much would it cost also to make it legal? What more would i need? Thanks to all

The first question is, is it worth the effort for a 50 hp gain?

Second question, are there any other Fiestas available on the market with that engine already in from factory? If so, are they considerably more expensive?

Just seems a lot of effort for not much reward is all.

You'd also need the drive shafts, ECU, Loom, fuel lines tons of stuff to make it run. just buy another car. if you want power just get an old Volvo or Saab turbo for £500

The fact is that I think that fuel collectors and so are the same in all fiestas of that year. Ive read somewhere that its just like take out the engine and put the new one... Thank you
