Focus 1.0 Ecoboost Engine Remap Help

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody can help me. I have a focus zetec 1.0 ecoboost (125) and I'm looking to remap the engine to add some power to my car. I've been looking online and the possible remaps from pumaspeed, mountune etc and I'm just wondering if anybody has actual experience in buying one of these and if they void the warranty on the car etc.

    Bluefin/Superchips is quite popular, but it will void your warranty.

    Only MPXXX upgrades from Mountune are warranty friendly.

    I don't think Mountune do a map for the 1.0 Focus... just Fiesta, afaik.

    Yeah on the mountune website it says they have a performance package but that's for the 1.6 ecoboost apparently, I'll get in touch with them and find out if they can do it I guess, cheers

    if you want to keep the warranty then mountune if they dont or cant do it ide advise waiting till the warranty is out as ive already seen a guy at my local ford get caught out and left with a huge bill as the ecu retains the data all they did was hook it up and bingo to be honest i dont understand why people are buying the 1.0 then wanting more power???
