    Without a doubt, they increase the cost of everyone's insurance after all, why should I let them get away with it? :)

    It's not even that they are getting away with not paying. Well its only a small part of it. It's more that they are dangerous scum that shouldn't be on the road

    A lot of them haven't taken a driving test and don't really know how to drive, or they have passed their test but have done something stupid to lose their licence like drink driving and have been deemed by the law that they are not safe to be on the road

    Doesn't matter who it is, you don't do that.

    Bit different if someone you know drives without insurance by mistake as they forgot to renew, but blatantly driving without a license (and therefore no insurance) is inexcusable.

    Just repot them to crime stoppers you only need their name and address and reg number if you know it

    But seriously, yeah I would shop them, if its an honest mistake with insurance/tax/MOT that's reasonable, we all make mistakes, but you can't forget you don't have a licence!

    One killed a good friend of mine, while drunk, so absolutely. His family knew he was doing it and did little to stop him, however he also died in the incident so they lost a loved one too.
