Hi everyone new owner of a focus zetec s, from Leeds Yorkshire, looking to get some nice mods soon

Welcome fellow 2009 Focus Zetec S owner from Leeds,

Anything you want to do has probably been done by someone on here, so you should find some tips/help.

Not much of a modder myself, I've only put an 'S' badge on back and tidied up the inside.

I'm in LS8 (Harehills),

Inside my car was just a bog-standard Focus, silver radio with black gear knob,

it was even missing the 'Aluminium' brake & clutch pedals when I got it, those were basic rubber ones,

so after nearly 2 years without a full metal pedal set, I had to spend £70 on a new set recently.

Looks like you've got the 'Sport Pack', 18" Alloys and Privacy Glass,

Have you already got the Sony Stereo? I picked one up for £100 on eBay from a breakers.

My Auntie & Sister live in Beeston so I know it well up there.

The Sony Stereo does sound a little richer, but you're still limited by the same speakers though,

The 2 main reason I wanted one was the looks and the ability to play MP3's (from CD).

I can't stand CD's anymore so it's nice having plenty music on 1 disc, and the track info.

I'm just near the south Leeds golf club

I'm sure my CD player can play mp3s

It definitely has the aux input and phone connection

(Bluetooth) though

Good call, thats one thing that bugs me about the Focus,

Can't decide if to paint it body colour, or get it wrapped in black and get the rear diffuser done to match.

I like the rear how it is, would look nice in carbon the rear but I think the chrome at from definitely needs colour coding,

Think I'm gonna treat it to a good clean this weekend though maybe debade the focus zetec parts too

Welcome. Lovely car and love the colour. Over here, the Zetec S is a rare sight on Irish roads :)
