Hi guys, found a decently priced 58 plate, but not sure whether to steer clear of the automatic transmission? It's done 46k miles and is the 1.6 Zetec model

    As long as it shifts smoothly during the test drive between all gears, I don't see a problem. I have the same 4 spd auto transmission, and as far as I am know, its 'old tech' but quite reliable.
