hi there i got a ford focus with satnav does any one no if i can get the map updates done under the warranty

    I think Ford will charge quite a lot to give you an SD card with updated maps on, but you can buy these cheaper from ebay.

    My TOM TOM went on the blink last week, :angry: had it for about 3 years and never seen a problem, but this message came up "ACQURING SATELLITES" then a few minutes later "TROUBLE ACQUIRING SATELLITES"

    then we went the whole way to Cobham from Windsor the way I "guessed it" which I'm sure wasn't the best but the message "TROUBLE ACQUIRING SATELLITES" just sat there for half an hour, no help at all

    a couple of days later it was back to normal thank god :)

    It's a good thing you're the only one with that problem, if we all start seeing that I think we might start to panic lol.
