Focus Mk3 Zetec S Body Kit Fitting Instructions Wanted

Featured Replies

Anyone got these, started to buy the kit separate but cannot find the instructions

If you struggle to get them then nip to your local Ford paintshop and they can advise you on what they use when replacing kits on damaged cars or fitting new as dealer options.

i suppose the front and rear skirts are bonded on - use tigerseal or similar

look at Lenny's guide's for the mk2.5 which will help

the side skirts are probably screwed in place.

Did this on my old MK3, the rear skirt, side skirts and spoiler are bolted & clipped on, the front one is similar BUT, mine needed to be bonded on as it didn't fit flush with just the clips etc. I think I got a tube of something from Homebase

I have fitted this to my own TitaniumX Navigator & it makes the car look like it is complete!!!

The main front section requires bonding. (Use Tigerseal or Sikaflex) The small central spiltter is rivetted on.
The Side Skirts are clipped on. (If you are lucky you can use the existing clips)

The section is clip on, make sure you use the correct rear splitter for your exhaust exit, as there are 2 completely differeent one's!!!

The rear spoiler is clipped & screwed on. You will aslo require the shorter 265mm aerial from the C-Max as the standard one, fouls the spoiler.

Don't forget the grilles & the front too!!!

If you are lucky, you still may be able to buy the ST sideskirts pre-painted in your colour direct from your dealer!!! (I'm assuming your car is white, from your picture!!!)

The original zetec s dress up kit should just clip on where the current black pieces clip to and then bolt through the arch liners.
