Mondeo V6 water comin out of the header tank please help

:( I've got a p reg mondeo V6 when my engine gets hot after runnin the water pushes its self out of the header tank when the top is screwed down tight i cant work it out can someone please help

i presume the seal on the cap and the pressure valve are sound. it sounds like your cooling system is pressurizing above its normal level. this is one sign of a failed head gasket are there any signs of white smoke or steam from the exhaust? you need to pop to a local garage and get them to probe the expansion tank for signs of fumes. if this is ok then you can look for other causes to the problem.
