Plastics Respraying

Featured Replies

Personally I would spray the plastics myself, Due to the location they are bound to get stone chips and stuff over time and probably need redone, so it works out cheaper in the long run and get your more experience when it comes to spraying.

Wouldn't sanding the grills and stuff be really difficult between each little bit?

and does anyone have any guides or recommend a certain paint for it?

thank you everyone for the help

Plastic primer, sand it, then start applying paint, then lacquer.

Worked fine for me. Didn't have to sand inbetween layers. Just apply many thin layers

But isn't it difficult to get in between the gaps in the grill with the sandpaper?

There shouldn't be any need to sand in the gaps if youre good with an aerosol... It's not as if they're going to inspected up close :)
