Hello,

my name is Dan and thought I'd join the forum as I've been doing a bit of research into some work I want to do and kept finding myself reading posts here.

Firstly, I need to confess that I have given my car a name - Eve - and thus usually refer to it as her or by name. I hope that's not going to be a problem...

Here she is:

2.0 Zetec Climate, registered Oct '06. I bought her in Jul '08 with 6,000 miles on the clock in seemingly immaculate condition. She's now got 62,000 on the clock and is looking a little bit battered and bruised. I've decided that it's time to give her a bit of TLC and sort out all of her cosmetic issues, hence me discovering this forum (I will be looking for some advice and recording my progress in another post which will follow soon).

As for me, I'm 34 and live in Enfield with my wife and 4 year old daughter. I'm into music (listening, playing, writing and producing) and watching NFL and BTCC.
