Ford Focus Tdci 1.8 Engine Judders On First Start Up

I had a no start issue it was fixed after replacing the fuel filter and pipes and return pipes and was fine for a week or 2 .

now its started to judder on first starting up , i dont fancy paying for a dtc read again

unless i have too , any ideas ?

It sounds very like the noise you get when you loosen the injector nuts to bleed it.

Might be worth checking all the fuel line connections are tight, especially the four nuts at the injectors.

Air could be getting in over night, and your first attempt to start is bleeding it out.

Any fuel leaks, drips under car?
