Hi can some one tell me what is wrong i rebuild the head now the car is only ref up to 3000rpm the timming is right what can be the problème

    Its I limit mode so without diagnostics it could be anything timing valves head not torqued properly loose wire

    The the head is tourqued is 5nm,15nm,45nm,90deg,90deg,if i remove the EGR valve pipe,it ref to 3000rpm,if i but i back it stall and smoke a hell of a lot,how can i blank the Egr valve
