Ok which one of us is going to fess up to this. A novel way of removing Vauxhalls from the road

" bizarre crime wave is sweeping one part of England - thieves are stripping down Vauxhall cars as their owners sleep. Hundreds of owners have fallen victim"

"Bedfordshire Police say there have been more 500 offences in which components have been stolen from Vauxhall Astras and Corsas since August 2013."

I had absolutely everything – nothing to do with it…

Its quite a bizarre thing, makes sense in a criminal logic! but really? I find it amusing it costs £5k to fix it, these guys can have the car stripped in a couple of hours! seriously, if they opened a garage and could strip and rebuild these cars that quick, they could make a legitimate fortune!

Perhaps it is Vauxhall taking the parts back as they are low on stock, to make the new ones out of, lol.

I guess it is the same thing of, if it is too difficult to steal the car now and then strip it. Just take the parts you need, which are accessible without the keys.

Strange it only seems to be for one brand though....

They had access to the car. Check the CCTV he popped the bonnet from the nearside...

Ok, makes even less sense then.

Why take the risk of being on the scene any longer than you have to be?

Hopefully the same thing will happen to the Camaro we can change it for a Ford!

bit like when gypsies buy a piece of land and over a course of a weekend they have laid foundations, water mains, sewers concrete and roads.

SO WHY THE FOOK does it take a fooking age to get a few pot holes sorted.give them the job and were all be sorted.

I refuse to comment on the grounds that it may incriminate me...

Piece by piece we can fight the monster that is Vauxhall :D

Sadly, today's criminals are braver, more confident and more stupid. They visit dark areas of the neighborhood on the hope they remain undetected. Though the ones I saw on CCTV earlier, I'm baffled, looks like they even brought their own flood lighting...

Not gonna lie...I saw the title and my first thought was "What's ol' Jeebs been upto now?":P
