Halp! I Have A New Problem . . . (video Inside)

Featured Replies

The car isn't turning over at all and there's this high pitched noise coming from under the bonnet, can't locate which component is making it though

SHORT LIVE FORD!

EDIT: Removed video from YT as problem seems to have sorted it's self out.

LOL, It works now.

LONG LIVE FORDD! (for now)

So is it only the ecoboost engines that you have to press in the clutch to start?

Nope - all Fords with keyless start iirc

I think I initially turned the key too fast and then that's what caused my problem. . . I also turn it quite fast in the video. I left it for about 40 mins n came back with a slow turn and it fired up.

And some without keyless too need the clutch depressed.
