Does Aa Or Green Flag Cover Belts

Featured Replies

So were up near Fort William on holiday with the diesel focus and the serpentine ( I think its called) belt has a split in it. Does anyone know if Aa or green flag will replace it? We have cover with both. Don't really want to move the car far incase it snaps 😐

Breakdown cover won't cover the belt as they won't have one to replace it with on the van, the will take you to a nearby garage though.

could be a long costly job

I'm sure I have seen AA vans carrying spare auxiliary belts, whether they have one for every make is unlikely I guess, but they do say they fix 90% of cars at the roadside. Mind you that 90% is probably donkeys that run out of fuel or with flat batteries etc.
