And one wheel nut / bolt has sheared off

And that wheel will be coming off sooner rather than later

The holes have been grinded away by the bolts and elongated too. It was dropped off here from another depot with a wobbly wheel apparently, no excrement Sherlock lol

It's been VOR since yesterday lol drivers are supposed to check the wheels etc on every trailer they pick up. Clearly that has not happened on this one for some time possibly as well. Lol

It needs to be permanently VOR & the driver too :)

Someone did not check the torque recently lol. See it quite often where I work

that is dangerous. I thought truck wheels had to have the wheel bolt indicators on them?

They do and it most likely did but they are now long gone. Possible it has had the wheel off and not been retorqued hence the nuts have come loose.
