Fiesta Mk7 (2011): Fitting A New Stereo, Dab Help

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am new :)

I am buying a Fiesta, definitely the MK7, quite likely to be the 2011 1.25 Edge.

I want to buy an Android Auto/Apple CarPlay stereo to replace the factory Ford stereo. My question is: does this model include a DAB antenna on the roof by default?

I've had bad experiences with the stick-on antennas so if this model doesn't include a DAB antenna, I would like to replace the rooftop one if possible?

Hi, yes it does have the normal plug in ariel wire at the back.

DAB was not standard back then, incartec in Exeter do a very good FM/DAB splitter, had one on my old mk6 Sport van.
