Proud To Announce..

Hello all,

On this day I am proud to announce the loss of another Corsa from our roads

It caught fire at work this morning in the car park, damaging a Suzuki swift parked next to it. Safe to say the corsa is a write off.

Sadly no pictures, strictly no photography on this site.

Condolences to the Suzuki swift . .

Damage to the swift is only headlight, bumper and wing.

Ah . . only minor injuries then, so hopefully a swift . . . recovery :)

We need a *groan* button lol

It caught fire

A likely story

Was it deliberately done by the owner.

New Corsa or an old one?

Doesn't sound like much of a loss, a Corsa and a Suzuki...lol

I doubt it, probably just another Vauxhall returning to its default state (i.e. either on its roof or on fire, or preferably both).

I'm not sure of age to be honest but I will estimate around 2009/2010

Preach brother - preach! = JamesM, Steve - make it happen please :p

A likely story

Stef neglected to mention his position at the time, and I suspect taking photo's isnt due to the fact he is working on matters of national security, I suspect its because he would put himself in the frame - the reflection of a window showing a lit rag, a petrol carton and a massive cheesy grin upon his face...

Was it deliberately done by the owner.

Cant say I blame him...

I havent played a direct part, though I have witnessed and slightly assisted in the shipping of a corsa to the old corsa homes.Did a diagnostics on it, confirmed the sensors going to cost a few bob in labour and parts, an its just not worth it, so my colleague is going to retire it - and look at a kia cee'd or, a focus!!!!

This story brought a tear to my eye... Hysterical laughing will do that!

I bet you were the happiest person in Kent after reading this post James. Ok then England

From the health and safety office, I'm hearing the guy had spent 13k on his corsa, let's hope he spent some of that on insurance to cover his modifications then or he will learn the hard way! Maybe the reason he was crying

There is a video doing the rounds somewhere, I'm just trying to find it though.

Yup I can say that for certain...

13k? Is it the typical 500 pound corsa with '12k' mods?!?!
