Lets hope nobody "accidentally" shoots him, that would be a real shame...

Fortunately he is apparently going to be tried on a murder charge, that's more like it.

    I never did understand why someone can shoot through a door and check afterwards if the person behind it is an intruder. Surely you would do that the other way round.
