Help! 2013 Ford Fiesta 1.5 Tdi Problem

Hi guys, I'm new to this place so I thought I'd post an issue I'm having with my Fiesta.

Right, it happens once or twice before but suddenly it's becoming a real issue, basically when I start the car I put the key in and go to turn it and the car just goes blank, all lights and electrics go completely off and the car will not start. So to get it going I remove a lead to the battery and reattach it and it magically works - like it's been reset. But more recently I've been having to this a few times to get it going. So if I could get any help that would be more than appreciated.
