So I brought my car a few months ago from a Ford main dealer close to me and as it didn't have the SD card for the navigation they said oh we will post it to you. After monthly phone calls I've had nothing, keep getting fobbed off, not really sure what to do about them, shall I go to a more reputable company and send the bill to the dealer??? As there is no way I'm paying for the card as it should of been sold with the car

Any advice please

    Don't they need to fit these into the car?? I can't find anywhere where the SD card would go + where would I stand in saying I'm not paying for it as it should of come with the car

    The SD card in my Mondeo is hidden behind part of the fascia underneath the touchscreen

    on the focus theres a slot at the top of the radio display, check if theres one already in the slot and not fitted fully.
