Glovebox Bulb

I want to change the bulb in my glovebox to LED, but I'm struggling to work out how to get the bulb out. I can take the glovebox out no problem, but the bulb appears to be in some kind of housing along with the on/off switch, so I can't just pull the bulb out.

Does anyone know how you get it out? I don't want to break it!

    It is fiddly, there is a plastic lug that needs squeezing together for it to release, you need a narrow LED no wider than the OE bulb, otherwise it won't fit and may break the housing when refitted.
