Cheers Lenny, been reading some of your guides and advice for some time, as I've been looking for the right focus to come along for nearly a year, but never joined in.

That's what I love about this site, someone is allways willing to help and advise.

Mods left to do are:-

Honeycomb top and lower grills,

RS wing vents,

RS bonnet vents, (maybe)

RS rear spoiler, (maybe)

And deffo retro fit cruise.

What do you guys think about the above mods?

Hmmm I know what you mean, would like to see a pic of someone else's car to see what it looks like, as the only pics I can find are proper RS's

I'm not all that taken with the RS spoiler, its a bit too aggressive for my liking on a stock car, car looks sweet tho, new grills would look good but the guy has run out at the moment.

Not sure about the vents either, I think if your going to do RS you need to do it all, a bit of this and a bit of that will just look like the RS its not. a complete ST mod would be cool, some excellent examples of good modding on here.

Cheer Dar' I know what you saying, the RS is my "dream" car and this is as close as I'm ever going to get one. I think it's because of the the wheels I'm subconsciously wishfully thinking it's going look like one.lol

it doesn't

need to fit wider side panels in order to fit the wider RS rear bumper.

unless the kit you purchase is the fibreglass replica kit designed to fit standard width body.

I think if I had the money id do a full ST setup, I think the focus looks amazing as an ST, the RS looks like itll eat your children which is fine, but I think it just crosses the line between amazing and over done, especially if its a stock car that's modded.

Most people inc Lenny go for Zetec -S bodykit.

I'm in process of going ST 😀

All front end has been sold and reverted to stock.

purchasing front & rear panels next spring.

I also did twin exit exhaust conversion.

Yunii

Nice motor yunii [emoji106] really like the diffuser colour, don't the twin pipes really set the back end off, don't know why ford didn't do it stock.

OK guys you've convinced me to keep it subtle, I've decided to just fit honeycomb top and bottom grills, and I'm planning on colour coding the fog surrounds.

That was my original plan, as the grills came with piano black surrounds, or you can buy them without surrounds, waiting for the guy to get more stock in at the moment, probably about another week before he gets them, so I got till then to decide, "decision's decisions"

before painting the existing fog surrounds; you may not be aware that there is a drl fog surrounds option; there not gloss black as standard but have integrated auto dimming DRL's (Daytime Running Lights)

Can easily be taken apart and painted gloss black too as I had mine.
