b1g_dav3 Posted November 29, 2015 Share Posted November 29, 2015 If they're paying I'd go through the insurance unless they're willing to give you the money based on a quote. I was going to go privately when I had a scrape, to be harassed by the person's family telling me I was trying to rip them off based on the quote I gave them.
