Preecematt
Happened to me yesterday on the back from mum and dads, some old fogey in a range rover sport could of pulled over for me, didn't and it was a country road and then he gave me a filthy look when I shouted pull over out the window and gave him numerous hand signals. However I must sympathise with him as common sense is very much a super power nowadays especially around my neck of the woods and also I feel he has a 4 x 4 due to inability to drive safely and with any confidence + combined with being old, is a serious hazard

After Merley, the A31 ceases to be dualled. It's here, the older 4 x 4 drivers in, what seem like droves, to saunter and meander at walking pace, with a slight weave effect, blocking any hope of overtaking
