Mk5 N/s Lock Just Locks And Unlocks When I Unlock The Car

N/s locks just go off their head when I unlock the car, I've never been able to get that door open from the outside either think the cables snapped, dunno what to do can't get the door card off to investigate also I only have the key for the central locking as my freind has then key for the main locks and it's an engine conversion everything ran smoothly till now any help appreciated it's a 3 door btw
