Plate Screw Cap Colours

Featured Replies

This weekend I decided to (finally) ditch the Arnold Clark plates that the car came with. A slight problem though -- as I added a flag, the letters are further to the right and has left this problem -- a very, very small section of the V is drilled out. I've got a feeling the yellow cap would look better, but I've got a feeling it would legally have to be the black cap.

Does anyone know what cap I should use for this?

I had an issue similar to this when I fitted my private plates & I simply painted the part of the cap that overlaps the black letter background to blend in - I bought some yellow caps & painted part of them black :)
