Rear Windscreen Washer Fluid Not Hitting Window After New Spoiler

Featured Replies

Hi,

After i installed the larger spoiler the rear window washer fluid doesn't hit the window anymore... Any ideas?

Have you tried moving the washer jet by hand?

As Ginger Flame says. Adjustment, Same as the front. move nozzle with a pin or similar.

Hmmm when I looked at it it didnt look like this would work?

When I fitted a ZS spoiler to my zetec I used the original zetec rear light which as you could know won't be aiming in the correct direction as the spoiler hangs further out. So I'm planning on switching the light to a ZS hoping it will aim on the correct position on the window.

Yup this seems to be my issue as well, The nozzle doesn't move at all so im assuming you need the fitment (nozzle) for the zs or a new light

You assume the same as me mate, mines not too bad as it hits the window just above the wiper and I can live with it. Is it not possible to make a 'minor adjustment' to the nozzle by bending it slightly?

My washer fluid just goes onto the road, Completely hopeless... I've taken the light assembly out but there is no signs of it wanting to move...

With mine just after fitting the light I bent the nozzle slightly with a screw driver, as said the nozzle has no adjustment but I bent it carefully. If it does readjust itself then it'll probably be a ZS rear light purchase.
