jmurray01
I don't know why I read these things - I really don't. The whole article is very strange, but the two main things for me is that you would actually WANT to retrieve a Vauxhall Corsa, and that in the picture it clearly shows that the N/S/F tyre is bald (therefore shouldn't be on the road at all anyway). GMX
Sloppy sub-editing too, the Corsa woman started out as Sue, and halfway down became Sharon

It's not like news articles actually have to be ACCURATE or anything, right? ;)
L666JER
Even if they hadn't released it, the car isn't worth any more than £150!
GMX
The papers never let the facts get in the way of good story :P The local paper here is constantly publishing erroneous articles which it then corrects, in subsequent editions. But only after someone has contacted the editor, or threatened legal action, in case confusing an innocent as local villain, or something nefarious. Which is a lot more common than you might otherwise think

Which is a lot more common than you might otherwise think I still remember the crash we had locally which reportedly involved a "Nissan Duke" and a "Renault Signum".
GMX
Journalist seem to get confusion with car brands and models. "Peugeot Astra", "BMW i30" and "Renault Sharan" have all featured local crash stories here

As long as they don't write a "Ford Zafira", that would make me rather angry...
jeebowhite
the story itself is a pathetic specimen. I love how Q Park are doing everything they can for the family, except putting them through a world of trouble
