I have a Ford Fiesta Zetec S Black edition, it's a brand new 15 plate car which I have had since July.

But every 2 months my Bluetooth seems to disconnect from my phone leaving the whole system useless. I've had to take it back to the dealership twice in 4 months and it has actually gone again. When taken it back to the dealership they will not disclose why this is happening and what I can to prevent it other than to keep bringing it down when it's faulty. Which to me is ridiculous as it's brand new and shouldn't be faulty!!!

Does anyone else have this problem with this model, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    if it's a sony sync head unit. Check ford india web page. You can create an account with your VIN and check the sync updates. I've updated mine and got rid of the bluetooth connection problems. On top of that I have siri eyes free feature for iPhones which can be activated with steering wheel button. awesome.
