Ford Fusion Zetec 2006 Drivers Seat Wobble

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I'm the proud owner of a nice and sensible Ford Fusion Zetec Climate 2006. I purchased it used a month or so ago and i've recently noticed that the drivers seat bottom cushion wobbles. Ive had a look underneath the seat and seen that the left hand side (nearest the gear stick) wobbles a fair bit. It looks like the bolt isn't screwed correctly but having tried to tighten it I'm guessing its actually the nut which presumably lies on the other side of the seat metal plate.

Does anyone know how i get to it to tighten it up? I cant work out how to remove the seat cushion and if this will give me access to tighten the nut.

Any help would be great!

Many Thanks

Keith
