Central locking not working on front passenger door

Featured Replies

Hi. Just purchased a 2003 Ford Fiesta ghia 1.4 and the passenger side door doesn't lock with the central locking. All other doors do but the front passenger door doesn't and needs to be manually locked. Does anyone know how much this would be to get fixed. Over time this could possibly get annoying having to walk round to that side to lock the door if used

thanks for any help

Anyone any ideas?

We had a similar issue with our MK1 Focus.  It sounds like the central locking motor in the N/S/F door has burned out, in which case it requires replacement.
