PaddyWhack
Just need some advice, I lost control in ice on saturday and curbed the passenger front wheel. Bent a track rod/ steering arm end? (think thats what he said). had a new one fitted (£50 fitted). it's a non genuine ford part but does this really matter? Also, is the track rod end for the ST a special one for that car or is the same used on all MK7 fiestas? Cheers

(Depending if its within warranty still!)
dave_k
As a rule of thumb aftermarket parts are generally a lot cheaper for a reason. Although countering that argument would be the over-inflated main dealer prices for some genuine parts. I've found ford parts uk online to be the best of both worlds.
